While the central bank is widely anticipated to maintain its current interest rates, Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell’s post-announcement remarks are likely to influence market sentiment.

    Historically, Bitcoin has exhibited a strong correlation with interest rate policies, as lower rates tend to support increased liquidity, boosting optimism in the crypto market. In addition to the Federal Reserve’s decision, preliminary U.S. GDP data for the fourth quarter of 2024 is set for release on Thursday. Analysts expect the economy to have grown by 2.7% on a quarterly basis.

As Bitcoin remains highly sensitive to macroeconomic developments, traders are closely monitoring these events for signals on liquidity conditions and broader market sentiment.
